These terms apply to this website, dadsadvt.com, run by D Ads Advertising (“D Ads”, “we”, “us”), with offices in Kozhikode and Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What this website is for
The website introduces D Ads, the advertising, PR, media and production services we offer, and a selection of work we have produced for our clients. It is provided for general information only. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation or a contract: the scope, price and timing of any work are agreed separately and in writing with each client.
Figures such as the number of clients and works are approximate and describe our history since 2004.
2. Our portfolio and your use of it
The portfolio shows newspaper advertisements, hoardings, brochures, packaging, logos, social media posts, event work, television commercials, production videos and radio advertisements produced by D Ads. Client names, logos, trademarks and the people and products featured in this work belong to their respective owners. They are shown only to illustrate work we produced, and showing them does not mean those organisations endorse this website.
The images, videos and audio on this site are for viewing and listening on the site only. You may not download, copy, republish, edit or use them (or the website’s design and text) for any other purpose without written permission from D Ads and, where it applies, from the client who owns the work.
3. Contact form, phone and WhatsApp
You can reach us through the contact form, by phone, by email or on WhatsApp. When you send the form, please give accurate details and do not include passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information. Sending a message does not create an agreement; we will reply to discuss your requirement.
To protect the form from spam, it checks for automated submissions and may block messages that look automated, are sent too quickly, contain too many links, or are sent repeatedly within a short time. If your message is blocked, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp instead. How we handle the details you send is explained in our privacy policy.
WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp, and the map on the contact page is provided by Google Maps. When you use them, the terms and privacy policies of those services also apply.
4. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- use the contact form or our phone numbers to send spam, advertising or unlawful content;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site or the servers that host it, or disrupt them;
- copy the site’s content in bulk by automated means, except normal indexing by search engines;
- present our work, or our clients’ work shown here, as your own.
5. Links to other websites
We link to other websites, such as our social media pages, WhatsApp and Google Maps, for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
6. Accuracy and availability
We keep the information on this site as accurate and up to date as we can, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or free of errors, or that the site will always be available. We may change, move or remove content at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, D Ads is not liable for any loss arising from the use of this website or from relying on its content. Our responsibilities for any project are only those set out in the agreement for that project.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about this website will be subject to the courts at Kozhikode, Kerala.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
