Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains what information D Ads (“we”, “us”) collects through this website and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Contact form. When you send the form on our contact page, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address and message, and optionally your phone number and company or organisation.
- Phone, WhatsApp and email. If you call, message or email us, we receive the details you share in that conversation.
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies of its own. After you send the contact form, your browser remembers only the time it was sent (not your details), to prevent repeat sending for one minute; it never leaves your device. Fonts, images, videos and audio are all served from our own website, so viewing or playing them does not send your details to other providers. The only third-party content is the Google Map on the contact page (see below).
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss and deliver the work you ask us about. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it
Contact form messages are delivered to our email inbox through a secure form-delivery service, which handles the message only to pass it on to us. Our website hosting and its security network (which protects the site from attacks and spam) process technical data such as your IP address in order to deliver the pages to you.
Our contact page shows an embedded Google Map of our Calicut office. When that part of the page loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, as described in Google’s privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any work that follows, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Contact us using the details below.
